This up and coming band are best described as a modern take on the classic thrash sound and their energy is incredible. The drummer is insanely tight and his playing is reminiscent of the best jazz players out there but with a heavier flair. The guitarists have crafted their sound using amp simulation which has helped to achieve that more modern feel. Overall they’re an incredible act and deserve all the love and support they can get and certainly have a bright future in music.

Birmingham-based rock band Rat Salad is quickly making waves in the UK music scene with their eclectic combination of funky basslines, gritty and roaring solos, and raw, wholehearted vocals. Described as “Noisy Birmingham Music Monsters” with “Incredible Energy” by local press, the adolescent four-piece has been a dominant force in the West Midlands rock community since their formation in 2022. Their sound is a modern fusion of psychedelic funk, '70s rock, and metal. Their music is a testament to their chemistry and artistry.

Founded in school by lead singer and guitarist Willie Mac and bassist Jack “Stankleg” Beddoe, the band experimented with members before welcoming drummer Fin Morris and guitarist Beni Beyer, firmly establishing their unmistakable sound, which complements their rock and metal predecessors while forming their own unique style.
